Manufacturing to the highest standards is illustrated by the 24 month warranty including parts and labour on all new Zünd machines.

At the end of this period a variety of service agreements are available to suit your production application. Factory trained Service Technicians are available for full back up and assistance normally within 24 hours (UK and Ireland only) as part of this comprehensive after sales support package. A Hotline engineer is always available for telephone consultation during office hours and beyond to offer advice and assurance for our 24 hour ‘no stop’ production sites and global customer base.

With some of our installed production machines now over 20 years old we hold a large inventory of parts and consumables stock for the Wild / Leica and Zünd ranges as part of our commitment to you, the customer. Service contracts (details supplied on request) and ad-hoc servicing is available on these ranges and other manufacturers machines such as Misomex, etc.
